Found some really good exercise videos on Posted one down below that will work just about everything and anything you got! Do 3 sets of 5 and see how you feel... or just try to get thru one set of 5!!!!
worked my way thru some of videos and got quite a whole body work out for sure ,dude! is probably one of the most informative websites on on EVERYTHING running. From injury prevention to pace charts to let you know how fast you should be running in training situations . And best of all it's free! And you know what I say, if it's free give me 3...
