This morning just wanted to get in a few miles to loosen the legs a little. Didn't care about speed just wanted to get out and run. First mile was a little rough but after that felt fine and ended up doing 6 miles.

Tour of California was in the North County with Lance Armstrong,

that's him leading the pack there. The Tri Club of San Diego was set up on Palomar mtn and they greeted and ran along with the riders. One of the guys in the green mankini is actually the president of the club. These are all members
