Runners and cyclists that THINK we are in good shape should do this. And you will quickly find out what shape you are really in!
4 miles of running around the perimeter of MCRD with roughly every half mile stopping to do a combo of push ups, jump squats, burpees, tricep push ups and hanging from a bar... no not that kind of bar! I wish!
