Tuesday night run with inmotionfit group. Took it easy down through Seaport Village to the Hilton. One lap of a kind of speed work around the grass area and then a stop for some planks and then headed to the Convention Center to do the stairs. 3 times up and co-ink-a-dinkaly 3 times down! Hate stairs yet I really secretly love them. Ran back to the Star of India at a leisurely pace... right around 9:05-9:30 pace. Hooked up with Brad from the Thursday night run.

Supposed to be pizza afterwards but I'll say this for the billionth time: I should NOT be allowed to drive downtown by myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I'm starving and trying to find this place and eventually just said the FUDGE with it and ended up having my customary dinner of grilled chicken fillet smothered in onions with some green beans. That's been my dinner pretty much for the last week and a half.
Again, I should NEVER be allowed to drive downtown by myself... Hate downtown... One way streets... No parking... hate it!

Hooray for you on the planks! Every since I injured my deltoid/pec, I have done them very rarely.

I love downtown SD. I guess that's because I'm a city girl at heart.

Keep up the good work.

Grilled chicken and greenbeans is pretty much my dream meal. I think you made a better choice with that than the pizza.

But if you must have pizza (so many people LOVE pizza), here's what I do. I take a napkin or three or four and press down hard on the pizza to soak up as much grease as possible.
