Another Tuesday night downtown run. 4.5 miles from across from the Star of India thru Seaport Village then north and south Embarcadero to the front of the Convention Center and up Harbor drive back to County Admin. building. Nice run and most of the runners were dressed in Halloween garb. Of course I didn't dress up but I pretended to be a runner! I have enough of a struggle being myself let alone someone else.. Anyways, kind of sticking t0 the same pace recently and clocked an 8:38 pace. Seems pretty comfortable running at that pace right now. So that's about it and happy running!
